Middle Management. Every one has their own ego, even He don't know anything. Suffering in same position last 10-15 years and more. Neither want to learn anything nor tell anything. Useless !!!! Important:- No any body knows (Middle Management) how to Minimize the rejection rate except Technical Director.

There is wide scope of learning and great chance of upliftment as per progress shown by yourself. You will be given opportunity to discuss and/or implement your innovative ideas as concerned authorities are easily approachable.
