Salary on 10th to 15th of every month

Very bad company. I request everyone not to join this company. Very bad management. They can ask for resignation anytime when they want without any reason. I have worked in this company for only 1 month suddenly, the general manager mr. prajapati ask me to resign without any reason. He told me we don't need you anymore. Accommodation provided by company is very bad (labour colony type) 3 or 7 person in a room for engineers and managers also like labours. Transport facility is also very bad. Here labour and foreman give feedback of engineer and managers to G.M. I have only seen such a wrost management in my whole career....Read More

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
