There is nothing to like about the organization, even in the rating the least rating available was 1, otherwise, I would've given a 0.

Dislikes

The team is very toxic and they only care about their targets with no care for the employee. They don't have any humanity in them, very selfish. Even the HR are there only for kissing the @ss of the Partners and not to exactly help the employees. For such a big company, the work life balance and the culture is worse than a startup. People find quitting from here without having another offer in hand better than working for a day more.
