On paper it is 5days working. But management make people work on Saturday Sunday and on Holidays also. If there is no client Thay can force you to leave the job.

This is global consulting Firms, It has good client where you have good option to explore within th country & out side the country.

Some time you don't have the team, but you have to work for day & night. No work like balance between office and home. Some time you have to work on consultant poisition even if you are manager or above.

The team is very toxic and they only care about their targets with no care for the employee. They don't have any humanity in them, very selfish. Even the HR are there only for kissing the @ss of the Partners and not to exactly help the employees. For such a big company, the work life balance and the culture is worse than a startup. People find quitting from here without having another offer in hand better than working for a day more. They don't have much projects and if any project comes up then they will force you to share your CV and give interviews regardless if your experience match with the project role and if you fail the interview because you simply don't have exposure to that role then that is also your fault

Nothing. Higher management is to mu arrogant. They haired bulk people for a project but now they terminate so many people without any proper reason. There are so many partiality and favouritism. Nothing to learn in any project. Unnessecery work pressure given.

Protiviti does not care about its employees, if u r a local resource forget that u will be paid any resimbursement for your local conveyance to and from client. The superiors do not care if you are working continuously for 5-6 months and won't give you leaves properly. They don't stand up for their employees and will keep committingwork outside of engagement letter and then keep targetting the team for delay in delivery without understanding the on ground challenges.
