Bad leadership, subtle toxic, lack of diversity. Leaders are not strategic thinkers, especially for Digital. Very bad leadership and mediocre work. This is where you go to kill your career.

The team is very toxic and they only care about their targets with no care for the employee. They don't have any humanity in them, very selfish. Even the HR are there only for kissing the @ss of the Partners and not to exactly help the employees. For such a big company, the work life balance and the culture is worse than a startup. People find quitting from here without having another offer in hand better than working for a day more. Nothing to like in this company. They don't have much projects and if any project comes up then they will force you to share your CV and give interviews regardless if your experience match with the project role and if you fail the interview because you simply don't have exposure to that role then that is also your fault

Everything...The culture,the people, the management Worst organization to join. There is no job security at all. And you should be ready to travel to middle East for any work that comes up this is the only way to survive in this organisation

Nothing. Higher management is to mu arrogant. They haired bulk people for a project but now they terminate so many people without any proper reason. There are so many partiality and favouritism. Nothing to learn in any project. Unnessecery work pressure given.

Protiviti does not care about its employees, if u r a local resource forget that u will be paid any resimbursement for your local conveyance to and from client. The superiors do not care if you are working continuously for 5-6 months and won't give you leaves properly. They don't stand up for their employees and will keep committingwork outside of engagement letter and then keep targetting the team for delay in delivery without understanding the on ground challenges. I like nothing about Protiviti Consulting Pvt. Ltd. When I joined in 2019, I was informed that they are setting up an L&D team in Gurgaon office. All download of work will be done by team at United States. Here are things I had to struggle with which ruined my mental health: 1) Normally, when you work with team at US, you are givenflexibility to work in flexible shifts. These people (team in India) will not allow me to work in flexible hours that could coordinate with timings of US team. They would start their day at 6 PM IST but I had to log out at 6 PM because I logged in at 9 AM. Because of this, I had to work after reaching home trying to balance between different timezones/shifts. 2) If you have punched in less than 8.45 hours on machine, then it would count as Absent for you. VERY STRICT TIMINGS. 3) When I asked to provide me cabs so as to coordinate between US and India shifts, they would say that I have to pay for that. Makes sense? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! 4) There is no SOP for any work they were assigning me. Due to this, I could not learn anything in this time duration. They would blame me for not being able to learn. There are no standards on handing over the work. 5) There is 0 work life balance, pathetic work culture, no cooperation with me by the three L&D instructional designers who shared same workstation rows with me - 2 ladies and 1 man. 6) During my last days of work here, I was not motivated, everytime dissappointments. 7) Mr. Vinay Arora (my team manager at India office) is not cooperative, does not understand to your challenges, only want results without trying to help at all, useless, bad for everything manager. 8) Two of my friends also started working for Protiviti and had to resign for the same reasons. 9) My team at US was not cooperative too.
