I'm working more than 10 hours, extremely underpaid. Project managers have no good behaviour, they treat you like they own you, they will threat you about Salary if you don't work as per expectations to them and they won't expect any mistake from you as a human. If any mistake dine they 'll threat you. When you need emergency leave for you and and your family, project managers think that's not important, only project and client is important. Forces you to make the conversation with seniors when you need help and almost everytime you can't reach them because they're occupied, no training, nothing, but they expect full fledged cutting edge expertise from you, I'm just a fresher and for starting this firm is horribly bad. Yes some good peoples are there too but the worst ones are so bad that they don't care about anything. They'll pressurise you to work on weekends. As a fresher you'll take much time to finish a new task because you've to learn while doing your job, you've to read, search, but project manager thinks I'm just sitting around. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Some times, work pressure is high. Allocating work is done at the last minute leading to fire fighting exercise always.
