There’s no work-life balance. Colleagues treat us very unprofessionally. No work culture is there. No one appreciates the work. You’ve to work for 10-12 hours a day. Multiple projects to be handled by junior team members.

Everything here is either career damaging (male dominateing, chauvinistic, biased environment for work) mental health collapsing (if your manager doesn'tlike you, he can ruin your carer and your intelligence by benching you for months, they don't even want to interact with you, as for me, I had to beg for projects), or physically draining (Team members, or even juniors have to handle at least 3 projects at the same time, some colleagues of mine have had to overwork themselves for 11-12 hrs each day and get hospitalized; managers ask you what you were doing on your days off/ weekends/ after work hours if you don't finish your work).
