Ahmedabad HR people is not supporting for Non-Sales Team. Like, Home Loan,Operation,Hosing.com,Makan.com,Information Technology. All individuals are fight for rights in company. Ahmedabad branch is not good for working in Proptiger. To much politics in Ahmedabad Branch. Onces you update your senior for resignation that time they said put up resignation on last day, then suddenly said we are not acceptable your resignation due to Target not Match. When people are working in same company since 2 years it's May possible on last month that Targets are not meet. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
