Ahmedabad HR people is not supporting for Non-Sales Team. Like, Home Loan,Operation,Hosing.com,Makan.com,Information Technology. All individuals are fight for rights in company. Ahmedabad branch is not good for working in Proptiger. To much politics in Ahmedabad Branch. Onces you update your senior for resignation that time they said put up resignation on last day, then suddenly said we are not acceptable your resignation due to Target not Match. When people are working in same company since 2 years it's May possible on last month that Targets are not meet. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
