I'm ex employee of PropTiger. I can tell the truth about PropTiger. Negative HR support, higher-level political issues, lack of good leads, no holiday benefits, and a lack of job security are some of the problems I encountered at PropTiger. Currently, the situation seems dire, and I suspect the company may face a shutdown soon. TheCity Head, Mr. Subruto Raha, displays an unprofessional attitude towards employees, lacking the necessary communication skills. This reflects poorly on the company, making it an extremely unsatisfactory and disappointing place to work. I strongly advise anyone considering joining PropTiger to think twice before making a decision. The treatment of employees is deplorable, akin to treating them as beggars. Despite claiming to be a great place to work, in reality, it is one of the worst places to be employed....Read More

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
