We are very sorry to hear about your experience with us! Although, as per our HR policy we have an annual appraisal cycle. The performance review for everyone happens twice a year and the increments/ promotions are done in January every year. In our history, there have never been any layoffs, We have a 3-month probation period and give enough time to train a new joiner. At frequent intervals, feedback is shared with the new team member. Our goal is to provide a positive working environment for all ProProfs colleagues and ensure each has a great working experience. We also practice an "open door" policy. Anyone who has a concern can reach out to the HOD or HR. The HR Team is committed to addressing the concerns around work culture.
