While we are open to all feedback, some of your statements are factually incorrect such as we have never had any layoffs in our history Also,. As per our HR policy, we have an annual appraisal cycle. The performance review for everyone happens twice a year and the increments/ promotions are done in January every year. All appraisal cycles are performance-based and increment is done on the basis of the achievement of the SMART goals set beforehand after a mutual agreement between the team member and their reporting manager. However, if you feel that your appraisal was not as per your expectations/ achievements we recommend that you speak with HR for further clarification.
