At ProProfs, we have never let anyone go without cause and without a few chances to bring performance up to mark. We have a formal performance improvement plan system that needs to be followed if this rare occurrence happens. There have been no salary cuts, or delayed salaries in our history - not even at the peak of COVID difficulties. We value all our employees! It seems performance reasons may be at play.
