For example, if you request even a 7-day leave for your wedding, they will fire you. After securing my placement, they forced me to resign. I had even asked if my date could be rescheduled, but the company turned out to be fraudulent. They insisted that I obtain a NOC from my college and dismissed me within three days. They claim they do not grant leave—initially, they say yes, and then they backtrack and terminate you. Strong Market Presence(Earlier) - The Company was once a well known name in real estate. And apart from this no likes for this company. Total shit i can call. Toxic work culture and no job security- not worth it for sales & marketing professionals.

If you are in sales and marketing and looking for place to grow, this is not it. The company is drawing in internal politics, both within teams and cross departments. There's Zero culture, no ethics and absolutely no job security. Instead of focusing on innovation or improving sales funnels, they focus on keeping employees under constant pressure and fear. Targets are unrealistic. the pressure is extreme. and there no proper support system. Even if you are a top performer, favoritism and internal politics will always hold you back. Leaders and management doesn't care about actual sales and marketing strategies- just about to playing office politics. They will not doubt hire people with high salaries but the work environment is so toxic that even high salaries don't make up for it. You wont get proper time to understand the process. you are expected to perform from day 1 without clear guidance. if you are looking for high pressure job with no growth and biased culture, this is the place.
