ProMobi holds a special place in my personal and professional lives. The values and the culture are absolutely in sync with what I am as an individual. The founders and senior management are extremely supportive (but that doesn't imply you can take them for granted!). The growth scope and learning are excellent (if you want to learn and grow, that is!). It's been close to 1.5 years with the company, and it has been a breeze because of my team who hold utmost regard for good (or great!) work. And, for all those negative reviews (rants), well, you win some, you lose some! What matters is your soul and heart. Let it all go, see what stays! The work Culture, Senior Management, Colleagues and the overall vibe of the office is really good and you are motivated to learn and become a better person each day.

Dislikes

Every place has some basic issues which don't really matter and this place is no different in that. Issues like not finding parking space (only if you are late for work) and the coffee machine may or may not be according to your taste preferences. Management prefers people who flatten them and management especially the CEO and CTO itself like hearing voices of the people who are already working there for few years by flattening them.. no acknowledgment for hard work and technical sound people..
