There are many cons, you have to stick the spoon and keep on work. New ideas and techniques aren’t appreciated. There’s no room for above than VP cause he only looks after the company and hence not giving chances for others senior managers to work.

ProMobi holds a special place in my personal and professional lives. The values and the culture are absolutely in sync with what I am as an individual. The founders and senior management are extremely supportive (but that doesn't imply you can take them for granted!). The growth scope and learning are excellent (if you want to learn and grow, that is!). It's been close to 1.5 years with the company, and it has been a breeze because of my team who hold utmost regard for good (or great!) work. And, for all those negative reviews (rants), well, you win some, you lose some! What matters is your soul and heart. Let it all go, see what stays! Oh, and yes, I love the work hard, party harder scheme of things. \m/ Overall, and not by any means of exaggeration, joining ProMobi has turned out to be one of the best decisions in my career.

Promobi offers plenty of growth and learning opportunities for those who have the will and are ready to make an effort. I have had a great time working with the company, and my team is very helpful and supportive. People here are cool and hardworking at the same time. The founders are an inspiration in terms of what they do and their values. Looking forward to many more years here and would love to keep contributing.
