One of the best startup I have ever been associated with. Lot of scope to learn many new activities. Many disciplines under single roof developing some quite innovative products. I dislike everything about Promea. Salary is not credited on time and if you ask for it they are ready with an excuse.

I wish I had an option to give a rating in negative. No payslip are shared after salary is credited. Even if you take leave for a day they are going to cut your salary. No work life balance. Zero facilities are provided. Salary is not credited on time.

Nothing to like in this company. I would have given less than one star if it was there.

Dislikes

Worst workplace. It was the greatest mistake of my life to join here. They dont value the employees. They want manpower with lowest price bracket and exploit them. Nothing to learn no innovation. Management people are egomaniac with no knowledge. They don't even know 's' of science. No proper culture specially the higher management will behave like you are the servant of their home.
