Work location is the best, no salary issues. Wfh was provided in lockdown.

Dislikes

Main point - Office boy gets more respect than employees because General manager doesn't know anything about corporate. There is no growth at all for someone who joins now. Management is totally old school, there are no new ideas and innovations because the management has stuck with same employees for 7 to 8 years and those employees wont let others to grow and then new employees work 1 to 2 years and quit their jobs. HR Head Blames Manager for his mistake, Managers blames the leads and at the end they end up blaming the team and tell the CEO that because of team we couldn't do it....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
