Dislikes
Poor management, the India incharge was very inefficient. Lot of office politics, toxic work environment. List is endless

One few things are here to like.. As like some.managers
Dislikes
Work culture is so much bad and no any national holiday here
I like only Dr Malagaonkar sir work execution towards his patients, all most working 15 to 16 ours in day including travelling about 500 km in a day
Rest policy for employee is only for one year span,
If they can sustain the employee by changing there nature of work
As you can see in bank they shift there employee to several dept, from cash , to clearing, to clearical, to Asst to customers, etc etc , they don't remove even contract basis employee,
As I have completed 33 years in this field I have seen organisational back to employee in developing there work area
After all I have been abserved that only 10 % employee can be sustain in any organisation, that is only Driver of car and peon, and office boy
If we get any employee which can be asset for organisations we should check him with several terms and conditions

My work was as Manager field operation
To call on Drs , every day avg 13 to 15 Drs, to arrange medical camp , to launch Progenesis in new area like Thane , etc etc
