Poor Accounts Department - inappropriate tax calculation. No Support in your tough time. Not only yourself but your family will be impacted by the inhumane practices by the unprofessional persons working in this company. Neither you join, nor let your well known let this company join.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
