There are multiple cons: 1. The CTO is non-technical, so when you face any technical issues, he won't be able to help you. 2. There is no proper planning before starting a project. 3. You're expected to complete enterprise-level applications in 1 or 2 weeks. In my career, I've worked at many different companies, but I've never seen a situation where they force you to complete a project in such a short time. 4. They don't provide any requirements; you need to figure them out by yourself. 5. You need to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well. 6. The punch-in time is fixed at 9:30, but the punch-out time is not. 7. They have the worst rules; for example, if you are 15 minutes late to the office and this happens 3 times, they will deduct one full day's salary. 8. For an unapproved holiday, 3 days' salary will be deducted, and for an uninformed holiday, 5 days' salary will be deducted. 9. Salary will be given between the 7th and 15th of every month. 10. I liked only some people their who are also stuck because the company won't allow them to leave as they don't provide experience letter and salary after nitice period also.

This company's meaning of professionalism is only wearing formals. Their HR don't even know how to email employees unless it's someone's birthday.

I liked the work culture of company the way they treated their employees in very friendly manner. Coming towards policies they gave the more than enough incentives but it's totally depend on employee work. All over my experience was good.

On the last day of the month everyone has to rush for the admissions. Just forget about anything.
