Prochant believes in their employees capabilities. They drive each and every employee towards success. It's a great place for freshers who are new to Medical billing because they have a certificate programs (L1, L2,L3) where they can earn upto 40k per month in just 2-3 years.

Dislikes

It's purely based on the team(clients) in which you are deployed to. There are a few teams which are extremely challenging to work with. Also there are few teams which are very easy to work with. I'm clearly stating about the work not anything else. Also client holiday are very less compared to another medical billing companies.

Literally it is the one of the worst company I ever joined.... mostly they'll cream up only the seniors because they doesn't want to lose them....and daily pressure by the team leader......giving continuous torture and make us feel getting absconded

Very worst company. Please don't join there! Nearby you have NTT data and others is better than this, very worst environment, this company may give you bad allegations, very judgmental all gives you suicidal thoughts . Be safe
