There is no lum sum pay if you want to leave . Till the time you are in Princess you can live happily

I like the Company re-hiring policy and some time the ships management, because different ship different management and the best thing after 5 years of company employee you can ask for the extended vacation but without pay.

The policy about the pay structure. The post/level a Asian nations crew is working and the same post/level a European nations crew working the European nationality is paid much higher than the Asian nation crew. second the promotion is also the same as above.
