I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. It's a feudal culture. Everyone behaves in a bossy and arrogant manner. The more noise you make, the more you will grow. If you work quietly, you will be ignored, sidelined, and forgotten. Stealing credit for others' hard work is common. Use and throw mentality is seen here.
