They are giving good salary but negotiable and increment is not confirm. Even there is on instance of taking back the increment just because the faculty shows disagreement with the increment. The infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

I found people are leaving within a week. That shows the poor job security structure. There are some departments where 20 faculty are leaving out of 40, and almost same rate is everywhere because they want to unnecessarily engage the faculty. There are duplication of work. They will take your higher degree at the time of joining. Exiting from university is a tedious task. They have culture to harass the faculty at the time of relieving. They can do better if they rotate the key officials of all the department. I worked for Presidency University. But got appointment letter, relieving letter and pay slips in presidency school letter heads. No one says this till you resign Ur present job and come on board. I got the appointment letter after one month of my joining. This is nothing but cheating people. Extremely bad work culture. Anyone can rule anyone. Unnecessary interference by others. No proper hierarchy. So called bosses are only spoils the hierarchy. Pathetic employee policy. HRs are like clerical staff. No knowledge about employee welfare. All the policies are against the employee. So called HR head is soo favouring to the management and spoiling the employee rules. She should be thrown out of the system. The Work Environment is very conducive for Skill upscaling and congruence of personal aspirations with organizational goals. The Organisation spares no efforts in ensuring an optimal work life balance. HR Polices are continuously evolving . The Leadership is very approachable

Dislikes

I have worked since inception of the University. I personally feel the compensation and benefits are not in line with the best in the industry. The University needs to compensate for hard work

Irresponsible Chancellor. He always try to expand his Institutions by deducting employee salaries. 30%-50% salary deductions for the last 9 months. No proper HR polices, people who worked in his schools are managing this professional university. They don't have minimum ethics.

Deducted 50% salary for all employees from April, mentioned that they will continue to pay only 50%, will not pay back the remaining. Will the management accept if students also pay only 50% of the prescribed fee and if they don't want to pay remaining? This decision will severely impact on admissions also in the next 2 years. Management is looking for temporary benefits of saving money by reducing employee salaries to 50% of what they have fixed, but it leads to irreparable loss to the University and management.
