* We get the salary in the first week of every month irrespective of pandemics or less projects in hand. * Once join in the company as a staff member(engineer, supervisor, other office staff etc), they never want to leave the person.

Dislikes

* Low salary hikes (good hike for development and project engineers) * We have to do what just the management say. * 50% of company runs in the hands of old people, their beliefs and interests. Sometimes we become puppet in their hands.

People except the Venkatraman family, the bosses, are all very nice and supportive.

Dislikes

Unpaid overtime, demands unpaid attendence during public holidays/Sundays, every day is 11 hours long, at least for engineers.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
