Such a great place for work. In covid 19 situation currently i am working from home and thats the good thing for me because in current scenario no one want to go out from there home. They are cut the some amount from my salary but its fine still i have job. Its perfect not an issue with work with praxis

Managers decision & behaviour depends on their mood which is i think should not be there, Newly promoted Executives and Supervisor takes the new position like they are rulers (one should be more helpful and kind to associates in their needs), Soooo much of partiality and fake people which i dont like at all. Stressed workplace and nothing at all from management for relaxation.

timing of office when they randomly put us on 12 hr extended shift & they verryy less for extended hour but sometimes employee don't want that money it's about health & about own time as well & ideally we have 2 days week off but mostly we don't get & every time if we want 2off they ask to put a mail for that.But why should we ? The CEO was a Good Leader. Saw things from an employee's point of view. When the CEO was around the work culture was completely different. For a fresher, the salary is amazing. They provide you with cabs to and from the office. Company policies were great.

Dislikes

There were times when a supervisors, who in General were great at handling stress, occasionally would take their frustrations out on employees. For a fresher, that can be challenging. The supervisors should be pulled out and trained bi-yearly on how to motivate employees.
