The team was great and understanding with uniqure skillsets and deep understanding of the domain i.e. sales and alternative marketing techniques. Helpful group of people with a family culture within the team and select people. Overall a great enviornment to make good career if the policies are more towards people who bring in business.

Dislikes

Lot of internal politics and favoritism to people how can be managers puppets. Management decision making is flawed when it comes to core business attributes and understanding marketing and sales basics and trends. Management is driven by someone who is not skilled in technology and marketing and has a tendency to take decisions based on just miniscule knowledge of the domains.

Pratham always concern about employees learning nd run lots of training program, they always emphasis on latest technologies and provide sometime external trainings as well if required, Work life balance is good, such flexible with timings, overall good company if jaipur is d only target.

Dislikes

Career growth is concern part here not much growth after 2-3 years.. Appraisals only for specific projects.. Hard luck for you if yu don't fall in such projects...
