I have very bad experience of working with PIF... The management do not keep their promises which were made at the time of interview as well as they do give any respect to their employees (teachers).

Dislikes

Serious dont hv manners to talk with their junior employees.... Management is non copratative.... I hv work their for 6 months but till date they cannot issue me any legal paper such as joining letter or experience letter.... without giving any notice period they told many of their employees to discontinue the job as the got the replacement at very low salary... I didn't recv the salary of last 15days till date......Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs.
