This is a small company so management knows everyone not just by name but personally. Everyone is very helping and they have tried to maintain a healthy working and learning environment as much as possible. The management is actually good since they understand the problems employee in everyday life and not there just to get the workout of their employees. This is rare in my opinion. It is easily a good recommendation to start one's career off....Read More

Dislikes

1. They need to get some really projects to tie their employees for longer period. 2. It works like a service company so they need to turn into product based company.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
