Team leaders are demotivating, have mental harassment. They are not supportive and they have all power and authority in their hands.. they are not contributing knowledge to others as they feel insecurity in job even they have ample experience in Praj, that's really amazed me. Even though they are at managerial position, they lack ofmanagement skiils<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.No one help you to learn new technology and systems which praj is having, we need to learn by ourself and yes without time</mark>...As they don't have time to teach people. Company growing in pharma and water treatment application. Well Technical skills of instruments transmitters in process industries and automation.

Dislikes

As instrumentation engineer. Career growth is limited. Good to gain experience and chance to opportunities in other organization.

To check all instruments sensors transmitters and all equipments used in pharma and water treatment industries. With complete documentation and inspection. Communicate with vendors to solve of any problems occurs.

I worked as a trainee for 6 months one of my friend with me. The company has given us project of biodiesel production where biggest challenge is to produce biodiesel at lower cost than petrol diesel, which is quite difficult. As I am a trainee I didn't get any stipend but company have other policies also. Travel policies are very good. Working environment is also very good where I can learn many things there is not any restriction for learning. Internal Div head changes shuffling lots of time like R& D so at the appraisal time each member says I am new I don't no so much about previous. Bla bla bla etc... Finally suffering ... Appraisal. Some internal politics abovious as all company same,it's about person to person depend.

Science based company and at the forefront of research, though that's what they wish to claim. Nevertheless, learnt a lot beyond the typical skills required for the job.

Dislikes

Culture is typical and pathetic. No scope at all for putting up your idea or views. A very top down approach. High rate of top management churning. Not a place for a self respecting individual.
