I would like to say that if you are doing your job without any kind of involvement in employee's personal stuffs, you are good. Although I putted down my paper 2 times due to some mis behavior's of CEO but company CEO asked me to revoke my resignation both times.

Dislikes

There were some politics within the CEO mind-set as some times he played very well and some times he caught up but he never accepted his fault or the HR. But now I think every things have been settled down and company performing very well.

Work Details

Work policy: That time it was work from home but some other teams have to visit the office as my wife has to go to office without any sanse.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Bhavani hyd branch head and his close friend sreenivasa rao are both guys damaged the entire orgnaization for their personal benefits and encouraging who are not working and throwing dog biscuits to them I have worked almost 5 years and came out with dissatisfaction.

Not much stress. Not much problems in leave approvals. No disturbance when on leave. Positive work culture.

Nothing to learn(unity version used is too old). Just hardcore coding. Notice period is too long (3 months), no buyout option. Increament not only depends on your performance but also depends on managers view on you. Less sick leaves (6).
