Bullying, abusive language, micro management, less salary, salary deductions, narrow minded team mates and seniors, no respect for women and there's a lot. I joined in as sales coordinator. As per the lady so called SDA who took my interview, I was not responsible for bringing in sales but should take responsibility of backend process. But they don't review your performance on what position you are working in but how much business you have bought in for the company. Even if you are hired as receptionist you will be asked 'why you need raise in salary, you didn't bring any sale' - Inspite of you giving 100% to your work. Apart from this, they use abusive language for women working in the company behind her back. They don't train you or teach you anything and expect you to bring sale. The procedure of work is pathetic. You cannot send mails to another internal dept for followups on pending orders which makes it even more difficult to work. And if you do so you will get different treatments from that department. (In this case production head cum one of the director itself Mr. BP). Office timings are 9.30 am to 5.30 pm but they purposely don't help you or guide you through out the day so that you have to wait back till 8 or 9 at night. (applies for both male and female employees) And if you leave on time they will harass you the next day. The company name is Powermaster Engineers Pvt Ltd but there are no intelligent engineers who could solve your or customer's queries. Those who were good had already left from organisation due to harassment from DSA and SDA and other pets working for years with them. There's screaming and yelling everyday like you hear at Slum area. No team work. I had an awful experience, as I resigned on a day's notice. They had called the police. Not allowed me to go out from office, locked the main gate even after giving handover and other office assets. Very bad work environment and culture shirin & dinesh advani and bharat parab are very worst they don't support as well as they don't pay salary only for use new people they thrown you salarys one day before company policies are very cheap no one safe there they are not fair with any one such a fraud company

1) Company has internal politics. 2) No culture, some seniors shout on you and use abusive language (gali) 3) If you want to destroy your life please join this company 4) Company can remove you at anytime without prior intimation even if you are permenent employee. 5) company is not for engineers. 6) At time of making permenent to any employee they told to sign you some forms ,in which it written that if you leave this company ,you can't join other company which are in same field as powermaster for 5 years. Means there is no use of experience. 7) If you want to promotion in this company you have to became cheap person, whatever discussion happens inbetween workers and your colleagues, you have to secretly told to your floor manager(senior). 8) Company files police cases against his ex - employee ,reason is ex- employee joins different company which are in same field as powermaster....Read More
