Encouragement and individuality to excell skills in each department is Damn excellent ,but the policies for the engineer and perks ,increments and benefits are not that motivating for employees . They should have recheck these policies and facilities they are providing for employees . But as per content and interms of skill development is just intriguing and phenomenal because they provide large scope for development through practical knowledge no boundaries skills . To visualize the development of professional carrier initially I strongly recommend one has to join .but in terms of salary you take and the facilities you get ,you should avoid it for no reason . in any site you have that scope of advancing your analytical and thought provoking skills .
