For a Fresher it's a good place to work and gain knowledge,But you have learn your own by observing the work ,you have ask questions about the work if you not able to understand, because they will not tell you until you ask.

Power Mech is an good company but it totally depends upon the site your working, some sites are best but some are worst , because of poor management.

No matter how much can be said about this company,It will be less. Because this company seems to have good growth,it would be good if we had it in Ap too, but recently Meenakshi power plant also took O&M.This is a company with 100% job security.

my deep concern regarding my current salary. As we are aware, I have been working diligently for your company as a trainee engineer and salary is too low. According to my point of view the salary should be in between 3.5 to 4.5 lpa and i get approximately 13000 in hand
