Great work culture here, staff and employees has helping nature, nice work culture, motivated senior staffs. I worked here as a service engineer I used to travel daily as per calls. I learn here lot of new things and trained in all the areas. As a service person work life not balanced that's the poor one for me. Overall company is best for fresher's as well as experience person. Salary is also good but you have to compramised for field allowances, which i think company has to be looked for, otherwise it's a great place to work here....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
