Very supportive environment and love to work when there is good senior management team to show the right path and set vision to meet the career goals.

As usual there is politics, the issues are resolved understanding the impact on business factors not incidents, career growth plans are decent.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
