About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base by acquiring new clients and partnerships within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals and clinics.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors and hospital administrators.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop effective counter-strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase market penetration.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of sales leads.
- Share best practices and knowledge with the team.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Post-graduate degree (MBA preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
