B2B Sales Manager - Healthcare

- Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales strategies that align with our mission to deliver high-quality, accessible healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your industry knowledge to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies tailored to the healthcare sector, focusing on hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing partnerships.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations to promote Portea's services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients and Doctors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Identify potential leads through networking and meeting with Doctors.
Sales Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare sector.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, positioning Portea as a preferred partner in home healthcare.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare or medical services sector.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in India, including key players and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
