Its a very bad company...no growth at all for junior level, executives even for assistant manager level..they terminate people at the time of appraisal every year. Minimum 11 hours job without any compensation for late hour. Work environment is also very bad. Its a company with complete package of politics. Bad politics. No value of employees, always fearing that if you leave our company, you will not got a job because Polymedicure is having very good relationship with other companies of same field. No overtime for staff, but all discussion or meeting will be after duty hour.
