It’s been a year that I am associated with Policybazaar, and it’s fair side to claim some positives which I have perceived personally 1. Organisation has recognised every individual depending on their contribution 2. leaders and managers are very much responsible and watch out the every aspect of business and align the tasks accordingly 3. Organisation teaches to manage the conflict situation and helps in maintaining the balance of work with personal life (majorly it’s an individual capability to drive ourselves to manage our work balance than an org takes the chance) 4. Dislikes

Nothing to dislike but there is always an opportunity to make something better than what we are doing, one thing I would like to suggest is to have a food coupons or canteen facility which is one area that I personally like to have an improvising structure in policybazaar

Honestly if you're fresher you like organization for 6 month then there is nothing to like, my own experiences with policy bazaar was horrible like ruined my creer, lack of emphasise, lack of work life balance and most important mental health. They hire one person named team coach they responsibility is to make sure not stable metal health of employee under them

They have nothing to do with employees dedication or work, Hiring and firing ratio is highest in Corporate industry HR is always ready to fire you and trust me 80% will resigned before higher but those who decide to fought against culture 20% will fire then by HR

no work-life balance in fact your TL will ask you to sit for extra hour for the booking. they treat you like a robot like if your tea break is of 15 mins then its 15 only you can't do it 16 and in 15 min you have to go to the cafeteria and have tea or food what ever you want to and come back to the floor. They use to do micro manage the things.

I was also looking for earning higher incentives// salary is just nominal// dont go for incentive they will stop your growth// managers and supervisors are not human but mentally sick robots// they will finish every enejoying moment of your life// you cant take leave on national holidays as well on festivals like holi and diwali// not even when you are ill// there is nothing to like

They are lucky to work in Insurance Industry and have created a space for themselves. Thats pretty much it.

Dislikes

Viated environment. Poor training team and manager, lack of knowledge of insurance is very evident. Lots of spellings in training content. Abusive words spoken by trainer during training. Hire & fire culture.

There is no proper work life balance if you got opportunity to work with policy bazaar i suggest not to go with that because there is so much pressure no proper leaves would be provided and not even the login time usually shift is 10-7 we adjust if it is till 8 but in this office it is till 9pm and they ask to login at 9:30am in themorning for meetings which is useless, and if I speak about the holidays we should beg here to get that leave mad totally worst job opportunities...Read More
