It's Toxic Work Culture. There are PPL in the Management who are from Coverfox Company even the VP is from Coverfox. So he will only believe in what they say and not to an outsider. They will hire you as a Senior Manager but will ask u to work as a TL. VP will Judge you on basis of Presentation and not on Performance

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
