It's a terrible work place where bosses are nothing but bullies supported by upper management they will make you extend just for fun and show their dominance and HR is useless and some what promote such culture please don't fell for their trap while hiring they are very nice but you come office late just by 15min you will get a warning for that

The orgainisation is good but the higher authorities in our department of health CRT are not at all understanding and play a lot of politics within them. Our complete health CRT team has left the organization and most of the employees of our department are now new joinees. I dont know if anyone will read this but you can check the resignations happened from august to November.in health CRT.
