Worst company ever…insecurity of job… managers are very rude i give my 2.5 yrs here in policybazaar as sr. Associate sales consultant but manager’s abd director of company said company gives you 2.5 yrs here not you give… feeling so worst after that listening now i feel why i joined policybazaar

Work life balance is the major concern here, good place to earn huge incentives in sales, appraisals are based on your performance and are distributed twice a year,so good place to raise your salary as well. Enough to learn about insurance,but company lacks time to time training,which I think is must. Work environment is stressful all day long since targets are to be met.Job security is not a major concern unless you become a big time liability to them....Read More
