Have not worked in PB yet. But if the post is for an Operations Manager, then why is PB looking for a Sales Manager in the JD mentioned?

Culture, learning opportunity and work life balance is negligible. This somehow affects the entire work satisfaction as of frequent changes and less logic behind a lot of operational liabilities. Suggestions are not always welcome and no on job training opportunities. Seniors expect immediate action without guidance.

Work Details

Handling big spans, however ability to change things or take decisions are kept at a lower level that doesn't give enough freedom of making own work culture. Personal researches aren't welcomed due to one or two people taking all decisions inside a room.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
