Leave system is very pathetic. No national holiday no state holiday. Manager sitting in home and giving abuse to the subordinates rather then doing visits. The only reason i work for this company almost 1 years Salary and incentive are good(but utne paise ke he apko stress ke medicine). They provide lead and travel allowance 150 per customer

Mai Fied health team mai hu apko har time track karte hai. Jis din v apki policy nahi huye apko 6:30 to 9 pm tak video call par baitha kar rakhe hai or bolte hai ke ghar mat jana. No public holiday at all. Diwali ko after 4pm ke chutti milte hai. No work life balance. Holi, Diwali and rakshabandhan par maine kam kiya no double salary free main kam karo bus. 9am video call se kam shuru ho kar 9pm (in winter)par kam khatam hota hai. no work-life balance in fact your TL will ask you to sit for extra hour for the booking. they treat you like a robot like if your tea break is of 15 mins then its 15 only you can't do it 16 and in 15 min you have to go to the cafeteria and have tea or food what ever you want to and come back to the floor. They use to do micro manage the things.

I was also looking for earning higher incentives// salary is just nominal// dont go for incentive they will stop your growth// managers and supervisors are not human but mentally sick robots// they will finish every enejoying moment of your life// you cant take leave on national holidays as well on festivals like holi and diwali// not even when you are ill// there is nothing to like

They are lucky to work in Insurance Industry and have created a space for themselves. Thats pretty much it.

Viated environment. Poor training team and manager, lack of knowledge of insurance is very evident. Lots of spellings in training content. Abusive words spoken by trainer during training. Hire & fire culture.

There is no proper work life balance if you got opportunity to work with policy bazaar i suggest not to go with that because there is so much pressure no proper leaves would be provided and not even the login time usually shift is 10-7 we adjust if it is till 8 but in this office it is till 9pm and they ask to login at 9:30am in themorning for meetings which is useless, and if I speak about the holidays we should beg here to get that leave mad totally worst job opportunities...Read More

Thrs nothing to like bcz it’s all pressure and torcher in this organisation and no proper holiday for festivals and govt holidays all we have to work everyday And customer will be scolding when we call on holidays and festivals and this organisation is torcher customer calling every day for sales purpose.. so it’s all toxic and one of the toxic company
