Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every yea

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The sad thing is there is no salary increment 🙁🙁 but as company provides lots of comfort and mental peace the thing can be ignored🙂

So much pressure no employee centric if you want to hell your life then join this company if you want to live peacefully then join other organization there is so much pressure, team leaders talk very badly even managers also there is one manager name is dev he is too bad he doesn't care about his employee if you give the sale then only they will treat you like employee otherwise they will treat you like slave no shift timing no life balance Everything is worst there, Policybazaar is growing with sucking employees blood, so i request everyone to not join the policybazaar then only the will respect the employees....Read More
