There is nothing to like policybazaar because they hired stupid and illiterate managers who have not any manners and etiquette to deal with a employee and their HR are also like the puppets of management. I saw many times that if any employee who is not their slave and went for sick leave . After providing all medical documents they terminate the employee.

They have not any kind of management. I think government should close this company because they are running a very bad call centre. They have the Mafia manager who doesn't have knowledge and etiquette. They are just become manager by buttering. No personal life . If you want to destroy your calm them you can join policybazaar. This company is the best in terms of Salary and Incentives.. If your only aim is Money than No one can beat Policy bazaar.. I have personally seen hard working people taking incentive of over 2 lakhs on average regularly.. You can clear your Debt in the shortest period possible..

Money Comes the hard way.. No one can earn money by working 8 hours only.. Having said that you have to work 10-12 Hours to earn that extra Money

I am not employee of Policy bazaar, however i have received a call for job opportunity for managerial post , HR name was suman Bharadwaj, she was full of rude, do not even listen , over an telephonic conversation she ask me few questions which i have addressed as per my previous organization, but she do not aligned , i think so she don't even has a knowledge of new technology /automation or policy bazar moved just ops guy into HR without having latest industry knowledge , it seems policy bazar works on 10 years old pattern. when the first interaction was so horrible so i can imagine what could be work life balance in policy bazar. You have to work approx 12hrs a day (9:45am-9:00pm sometimes after 9pm also) continuously for minimum 7-10days according to your roster (don’t think about taking a leave on Saturday and Sunday even if it is urgent also) if you need an emergency leave you have to tell them before 2 weeks( don’t know how is that possible). The workinghours mentioned in JD are different but the manager will not allow anyone to leave the office unless you have a sale everyday even if you have achieved more than your monthly target. We will feel like we are in a prison, someone who has self respect cannot be able to stay there. Managers are like - we lost our work life balance anyway we will ruin yours(employees) also. Mental torture is another trait. And a big guy comes from Gurgaon just to roar towards employees. You will feel good about company at the training period but after 1 month you will see their real side and most of the employees unwillingly stay to avoid a career gap.. Mai Fied health team mai hu apko har time track karte hai. Jis din v apki policy nahi huye apko 6:30 to 9 pm tak video call par baitha kar rakhe hai or bolte hai ke ghar mat jana. No public holiday at all. Diwali ko after 4pm ke chutti milte hai. No work life balance. Policy Bazaar as a company has a lot of values and ethics and policies in place but none of them are followed. HR department does not exist in this company. No ethics are followed, for people coming from different work environment this place is not fit to work, as biasness towards people who do bhajans and reporters are treated like there personal workers.
