During the COVID time job was safe also there was good culture to work. Some seniors are not good persons they are own enjoying their life, and just pressuring the agents under them. If our seniors will respect his work, will give respect to each and every employee then only we will get the motivation to give our best.

Dislikes

Only one particular senior’s behaviour influenced me to leave the job. And Hr is also in his support there is no one to hear you, seniors and Hr are working their in collaboration.

it was a great experience and wonderful journey. I am greatful to policy bazaar because i completed 16th month of experience there . so, according to me it's a nice work place and honest company.

I don't like the behavior of higher managers towards the employee and i am not satisfied with HR department in pb.

As it's hard time we all have been facing since long but I Appriciate the team Leaders and also the Policybazaar supported us and though we are unable to do meetings and gather for work still each leader and CO workers are supporting I also got my salary in time during this lock down thank you Policybazaar. About Team mates and team leaders everything is fine but as I deal with customers so there are many customers those who are unable to go for medicals due to lock down and because of this our policies are stuck.

Well I deal with customers quires along with mails and from the time of booking and till the time of issuance our all work relay on that.
