Policybazaar gives a good salary and insensitive which no other company gives. If someone really wants to earn money then join Policybazaar because it is the best company in Gurgaon. It also gives job to 12th passed people.

The timing here is bad, some people are allowed to rock till 9 o'clock if their target is not achieved. Be it a girl or a boy, they stop everyone, it doesn't matter to them whether you come or pass out of fear.

If you couldn't complete your individual daily target, the pressure from your team leader, senior colleagues and managers would keep increasing as the day will pass. In the end they would ask to work for extra 2 hrs, if also you don't have serious work. They would just make you keep sitting in their till everyone leaves.
