As I already mentioned this company is great as per hr policies and working hours but as i want to share some points that I won’t like. Upper management is not helpful like senior managers they always think that agents are no human values. They pressurize the agents for work in offical holidays and give the unnecessary tasks to employees for their process target . They only think about thé targets not for their employees. In this company all agents, team leaders and assistant managers are very cooperative but the upper management is not good....Read More
